ORIX Capital Markets is an active lender on all types of commercial real estate properties nationally, providing a single source of capital to borrowers through a streamlined lending and credit approval process.   The loan origination group is supported by an in-house team of commercial real estate underwriters, attorneys, and diligence professionals with expertise for all property types and in all markets throughout the United States.   Its lending professionals have experience in lending on acquisition, development, refinancing, bridge funding, and turn around/value creation opportunities.

  • Floating-rate loans on transitional properties (LIBOR index)

  • Term Floating: Up to 36 months, plus extensions
  • LTV up to 80%
  • Mezzanine Loans up to 90% LTV
  • Preferred Equity structures considered
