ORIX Finance Loan Sales and Trading (LS&T) is responsible for loan syndications and is highly integrated with ORIX Finance's direct lending origination and underwriting deal teams to provide a combination of structuring support and market intelligence throughout the underwriting process. 

LS&T draws on a variety of resources and maintains close relationships with a wide range of financial institutions, including traditional banks, dedicated non-bank senior and subordinated lending institutions, alternative asset managers and structured investment vehicles, in order to provide superior syndication execution.

In addition, LS&T manages a substantial portfolio of middle market leveraged loan participations. Through its participation portfolio, ORIX Finance supports strategic relationships and initiatives in each of the direct lending businesses as well as key counterparty relationships.
