COLUMBUS, OH – The Mortgage Bankers Association’s recently published 2011 Annual Origination Rankings (based on calendar year ending December 31) that name Red Mortgage Capital, LLC as the nation’s 2nd most active FHA/Ginnie Mae lender and originator with more than $1.4 billion in activity. Red Mortgage Capital, LLC is both an FHA MAP and LEAN approved lender and also an approved Ginnie Mae issuer of Mortgage Backed Securities.
In other recent news, the Seniors Housing Group of comprehensive capital provider RED CAPITAL GROUP, LLC also announced robust lending activity for seniors/health care projects in the month of March, completing 15 seniors housing transactions for a total of more than $125.8 million in closed loan proceeds.
