Tatianna Yale is a Senior Director focused on Origination for ORIX Corporation USA’s Municipal & Infrastructure business. She oversees new business origination and underwriting for high-yield investments and leads efforts to underwrite, structure, and close new investments. She joined the firm in 2023 and is based in Dallas.
Ms. Yale has over 15 years of experience in debt origination, securitization, public-private partnerships, and real estate underwriting. Prior to joining ORIX USA, Ms. Yale was the Chief Investment & Planning Officer for Texas Medical Center (TMC), where she architected and implemented TMC’s financial strategy focused on investing in infrastructure, real estate, and venture to generate growth while delivering on corporate revenue and return metrics. Before that, Ms. Yale spent over a decade at Citigroup, most recently as a Director, where she worked closely with municipal issuers and non-profit clients for infrastructure and real estate opportunities.
Ms. Yale holds a BBA in Strategic Management from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where she graduated cum laude.
