Our Firm
A broad, integrated private markets platform with a middle market focus
Established in the U.S. in 1981, ORIX USA has grown organically and through acquisition into the investment and asset management firm we are today. With a specialization in private credit, real estate, and private equity solutions for middle-market focused borrowers and investors, we combine our robust balance sheet with funds from third-party investors, providing a strong alignment of interest.
Through our broad, integrated asset management platform, we offer access to our alternative investments for global public and private pension plans, insurance companies, endowments and foundations, family offices and other institutional investors, through single investor and multi-investor vehicles, loan funds, separately managed accounts (SMAs), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), levered and unlevered strategies as well as bespoke solutions.
We combine investment experience and expertise, financial stability, and a long-term perspective with deep insights into a broad range of sectors and industries.

The breadth of our integrated platform is unique in the middle market.
