Henry Foster is President, Hilco Global (UK, EU, APAC) and Chief Executive Officer of Capital Solutions (UK, EU, APAC) at Hilco Global, a diversified global financial services firm and subsidiary of ORIX USA. He joined Hilco in 2007 and held several positions with increasing responsibilities prior to being appointed to lead the company.
In his role, Mr. Foster directs the company’s financial investment and advisory work with stakeholders across a broad range of sectors designed to deliver optimal outcomes in transactions across the UK, Western Europe, Canada and Australia. He has led the turnarounds of a number of high profile Hilco deals, designing and managing financial and operational plans across a number of sectors including retail, manufacturing and engineering. Mr. Foster currently sits on the boards of a number of Hilco investments.
Prior to his tenure at Hilco, Mr. Foster worked as a Chartered Accountant with a leading professional services firm, advising lenders, corporates and other stakeholders on turnaround situations.
