Allison Wylie is a Managing Director in the Real Estate (“RE”) group at ORIX USA, where she leads Investment and Capital Strategy for the real estate platform. She drives product strategy, supports capital raising initiatives, enhances investor engagement, and strengthens ORIX USA’s brand presence across the real estate industry. Ms. Wylie brings more than 20 years of experience in principal investments and investment management across institutional platforms and family office-backed ventures.
Ms. Wylie rejoined ORIX USA in 2026, having previously spent nearly a decade at the firm from 2011–2021, where she supported the launch of new business groups and products and held key roles across corporate development and portfolio/risk management. Most recently, she worked alongside the Head of Capital Formation and CFO at Crescent Real Estate LLC, a private equity firm in Fort Worth, TX, leading Investor and Corporate Development initiatives. From 2021–2024, Ms. Wylie was a Managing Director in Investment Management at The Amherst Group, a private equity firm in Austin, TX. She worked within the Office of the CIO on strategic investments and served as Head of Portfolio Management and Investor Relations, helping scale the investment management platform and the firm’s global footprint. Earlier in her career, Ms. Wylie was a founding member of SRP Medical, a healthcare real estate fund manager and developer, and worked at The Staubach Company in real estate capital markets. She began her career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey.
Ms. Wylie holds an MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business and a BS in Finance from Texas Christian University.
