Shika Saraf leads ORIX USA’s Asset-Based Finance business, where she is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments across residential mortgage finance, consumer credit, specialty finance, and other asset-backed sectors. She joined the firm in 2026 and is based in New York.
Ms. Saraf brings more than 15 years of experience investing across public and private asset-backed finance markets in North America and Europe. Prior to joining ORIX USA, Ms. Saraf held senior investment roles at Everest Global, Hudson Structured Capital Management, and Lone Star Funds, where she focused on investment strategy, transaction origination, underwriting, and portfolio management. She began her career in structured credit research at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital.
Ms. Saraf earned an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S., summa cum laude, in Computer Science and Economics from Stony Brook University.
