The facility will support the manager’s ongoing GP commitments to a single-asset continuation vehicle, providing capital alongside the vehicle’s limited partners to fund additional bolt-on acquisitions and drive continued value creation. ORIX USA served as the sole lender and administrative agent on the transaction, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to delivering flexible, partnership-oriented capital solutions to small and mid-sized private equity sponsors.
