ORIX USA’s GP Solutions Group closed a $30MM net asset value (NAV)-based credit facility with a leading, NYC-based private equity firm focused on the lower middle-market. The delayed-draw financing will provide flexible capital to support ongoing investment activity and portfolio company growth in the firm’s structured equity strategy. ORIX USA acted as the sole lender and administrative agent in the transaction.
