ORIX USA’s Infrastructure and Public Finance team serves as senior lender on a $50 million MUD receivable loan for Veramendi, a premier master-planned community spanning over 2,400 acres in New Braunfels, Texas.
At full build-out, Veramendi is planned to feature approximately 6,000 dwellings, including +/- 1,000 multifamily residences. Additionally, more than 2 million square feet of commercial entitlements have been secured, supporting a dynamic mix of residential and business opportunities. ORIX USA and ASA Properties worked closely together to create a unique receivables loan with multiple draws to match Veramendi’s capital needs and optimize ASA Properties’ financing plan.
