ORIX USA’s Real Estate Investment Strategies Group Provides $126 Million in Bridge Financing to Refinance Construction Debt and Support Lease-Up and Stabilization of YardHome’s Three-Property Portfolio

ORIX USA’s Real Estate Investment Strategies group announced the closing of three first mortgage bridge loans totaling $126 million to support Bain Capital Real Estate and Urban Moment Development in refinancing existing construction debt and advancing the lease-up and stabilization of a three-property YardHome multifamily portfolio in Texas.
