ORIX Leveraged Finance Provides Credit Facility and Equity Co-Investment for Impact Facility Services
ORIX Leveraged Finance announced today the closing of a unitranche debt facility with Impact Facility Services. Proceeds will be used to expand current operations and provide liquidity for the company’s expected growth. ORIX Leveraged Finance served as lead arranger, administrative agent and sole lender.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Impact Facility Services is a provider of repair, service and inspection services for fire suppression and fire alarm systems across the United States. The company is principally owned by Caltius Equity Partners and management. ORIX also is a co-investor in the company.
