In December, ORIX RE Holdings, LLC, the proprietary debt and equity banking arm of ORIX Real Estate Americas, closed a $17.1 million hotel construction loan for a 146-room Residence Inn by Marriott located in Hillsboro, OR, across the street from the Intel Ronler Campus. The non-recourse financing was structured with a floating rate to a very experienced hotel developer.
