Adam Deng is a Senior Associate in the Credit Opportunities group at ORIX Corporation USA, responsible for investing and monitoring lower middle market credit investments. He joined the firm in 2021 and is based in New York.
Mr. Deng has over five years of experience in special situations credit investing. Preceding his current role, he was an Associate at Blackstone Credit, where he specialized in investing mezzanine and preferred equity in traditional and renewable energy opportunities. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Deng served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for facilitating M&A transactions for upstream and midstream energy companies.
Mr. Deng holds dual BA degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Rice University.
