Casey Deskins is a Managing Director in the Structured Credit group for ORIX Corporation USA, responsible for identifying new investment opportunities in CMBS, CRE CLO, RMBS, and ABS. He joined the firm in 2001 and is based in Dallas.
Mr. Deskins has over 22 years of experience in Real Estate and Securitized Investments. Prior to his current role at the firm, he was a Director of CMBS Bond Analytics, Underwriter for Real Estate Credit, and a CLO/ABS Analyst.
Mr. Deskins holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s of Science in Land Development from Texas A&M University.
