Chirag Patel is Managing Director, Partner Sales and Sales Enablement at ORIX USA, with responsibility for advancing the firm’s capital formation strategy across the platform and leading engagement with third-party distribution partners. He works closely with the Capital Formation team, investment teams, investor relations, marketing, legal, compliance and distribution partners to support fundraising execution, investor engagement and go-to-market strategy. Mr. Patel joined the firm in 2025 and is based in London.
Previously, Mr. Patel served as Managing Director at Astrid Advisors, where he led fundraising activity across global infrastructure equity and debt mandates. Prior to Astrid, he spent more than seven years at Probitas Partners, where he served as Managing Director and Head of the UK office, leading European private markets fundraising across private equity, private credit and real assets. Earlier in his career, Mr. Patel spent more than a decade at Goldman Sachs in London, where he held senior COO and strategy roles across Global FX and Global FICC eBusiness, as well as sales support roles.
Mr. Patel holds an MSc in Corporate Governance from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from Queen Mary, University of London.
