Keith Rochelli is Managing Director for ORIX Corporation USA’s Municipal & Infrastructure business, responsible for evaluating private credit opportunities for the firm’s high yield investment portfolio, which includes transactions in the healthcare, senior housing, land development and transportation sectors. He joined the firm in 2020 and is based in Los Angeles.
Mr. Rochelli has over 15 years of credit experience in the municipal and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining ORIX USA, he served as Vice President and Senior Research Analyst for Saybrook Fund Advisors, LLC, where he specialized in distressed and defaulted municipal bond opportunities and credit structuring and surveillance of healthcare, energy, and senior housing investments. He began his career structuring municipal bond and derivatives transactions at Citigroup Global Markets, Inc.
Mr. Rochelli holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CFA® charterholder.
