Mr. Batitang is Senior Director, Fund Controller at ORIX USA, responsible for overseeing the accounting, operations, financial and partner reporting of the Funds that are currently managed by ORIX USA. He has more than 30 years of private equity, valuation, investor relations, accounting, and finance experience in the U.S. and Philippines. Mr. Batitang joined the firm in 2024 and is based in Dallas.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Batitang served as Director – Fund Services at Hudson Advisors (captive asset manager for Lone Star Funds, Dallas). During his 15-year tenure at Hudson, Mr. Batitang oversaw and performed functions related to Fund Accounting, Investment/Partner Reporting and Investor Relations. Prior to joining Hudson, he spent 13 years in public accounting (primarily at EY) in U.S. and Philippines specializing in financial services, private equity and real estate industries.
Mr. Batitang earned a BS in Accounting from Far Eastern University in Philippines.
