Matthew Scullion is a Managing Director at ORIX Corporation USA (OCU), where he leads strategic and operational initiatives across OCU Group subsidiaries designed to strengthen performance and support long-term growth. He joined the firm in 2012 and is based in Dallas.
Mr. Scullion has over 25 years of experience working in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, accounting, tax and operational activities. Prior to joining OCU, Mr. Scullion served as a Vice President at American Express in New York where he advised on transaction structuring for the global network services business. Previously, he spent ten years working for Ernst & Young in New York and London, where he supported private equity and corporate clients, providing financial due diligence and other transaction services.
Mr. Scullion holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Accounting from Penn State University. He also is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
