Mindy Lo is Managing Director, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Managing Counsel of ORIX Corporation USA, responsible for the organization’s regulatory and compliance matters. She is also a member of ORIX USA’s Management Committee, ESG Advisory Group and DE&I Advisory Board. She joined the firm in 2019 and is based in New York.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Ms. Lo was Director at Brookfield Asset Management Inc., where she was the dedicated compliance coverage officer for the real estate business. Previously, she was Co-Head of the Alternative Investments Compliance team at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, L.P. Prior to that, Ms. Lo worked as an associate at international law firms Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP.
Ms. Lo holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
