Raviv Shtaingos is Managing Director and Head of Structured Credit at ORIX Corporation USA as well as a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Mr. Shtaingos is responsible for leading credit structuring, securitization, and insurance-linked products across ORIX USA. He joined the firm in 2020 and is based in London.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Shtaingos spent over 16 years at Barclays International in the role of Global Head of Credit and Securitized Products Structuring, where he built and oversaw a team responsible for structuring transactions across a variety of asset classes. Previously, he was responsible for structuring and pricing credit derivatives-backed transactions at JP Morgan.
Mr. Shtaingos holds a Master’s in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
