The community amenities will include a secured parking garage with EV charging stations, elevators, courtyard, resident lounge, indoor bike storage, dog wash and dog run, coffee bar, BBQ areas, fire pits, outdoor games, meeting rooms, fitness studio, yoga room, resident storage, keyless access and community-wide Wi-Fi.
