Adam Diamond is a Managing Director of Real Estate Originations for ORIX Corporation USA’s Real Estate Capital business. He is also a founding member of the business’s real estate platform. He joined the firm in 2003 and is based in Dallas.
In his role, Mr. Diamond provides customized advice and solutions for all real estate debt needs. He is responsible for originating debt transactions throughout the United States, with a specific focus on multifamily, hospitality, student housing, retail, self-storage and industrial properties. Prior to joining ORIX USA’s Real Estate Capital business, Mr. Diamond held multiple roles within ORIX USA. Additionally, Mr. Diamond has extensive experience structuring and closing construction loans, bridge loans, mezzanine debt, participating debt, joint venture equity and agency loans.
Mr. Diamond received a BBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
