ORIX USA was honored to recently present our private credit market outlook at the New York Korean Finance Forum. The event, which was organized by Kyoung Taek Lee of Korea Investment Corporation‘s New York Office and held at the Korean Consulate, was attended by the Deputy Consul General of South Korea as well as 20 representatives from official as well as financial institutions of South Korea.
Ted Denniston, our Co-Head of NXT Capital, a direct lending subsidiary of ORIX USA, spoke to the group about the growth of the direct lending market, the different characteristics of lower middle market and upper middle market lending, and how investors can prepare for potential turbulence in the asset class. Ted was joined by Xianji Quan, CAIA from our Asset Management Investor Solutions team.
