RED Mortgage Capital, LLC, the mortgage banking arm of RED Capital Group, LLC (RED) continues to expand its national presence, opening a new office in San Francisco and hiring Patrick McAllister as Director – Multifamily Originations.

McAllister will help to expand the RED footprint in the Bay area as well as the Pacific Northwest.

“Red Capital Group’s broad menu of multifamily affordable and market rate loan programs are well suited to enhance our market share in the Bay area and Western U.S. We are excited to have someone with Patrick’s industry experience and market knowledge joining our team,” said Trent Brooks, President and National Head of Production at RED.

Patrick comes to RED with a long track record of success in multifamily originations, most recently serving as executive vice president for Jones Lange LaSalle. He has served as a director at several San Francisco-based CRE lending firms, including Prudential Mortgage Capital and Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital.

Patrick is a licensed attorney in the State of California, earning his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. He received his BA from the University of Rochester.
