ORIX USA’s Infrastructure and Public Finance team served as a receivables purchaser on a $22.07 million MUD receivables transaction for Van Alstyne MUD No. 3, developed by 757 Churchill Development. It is comprised of two master-planned communities, the 817-home Churchill and the 772-home Oaklawn developments, and is located in Van Alstyne, Texas. The transaction will reimburse the developer for crucial infrastructure investments including the cost of roads, water, and sewer systems needed to make the housing development possible.
