ORIX USA’s Digital Infrastructure group (“ODI”) is pleased to announce the closing of a $50MM construction loan financing the development of a 72-megawatt, build-to-suit data center in Reno, Nevada.
The facility is purpose-built for a leading U.S.-based hyperscale developer and operator, featuring a multi-hall design optimized for mission-critical compute workloads. Upon completion, 100% of the site’s critical IT capacity will be fully pre-leased under a long-term agreement with a leading AI-focused cloud services provider.
This financing structure reflects ODI’s disciplined approach to credit underwriting within the institutional-grade data center development sector.
