Signal Peak Capital Management, the syndicated loan asset management team of ORIX Advisers, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Corporation USA, announced the closing of a $494 million partial refinancing of the collateralized loan obligation (CLO), Signal Peak CLO 4. The non-call period end date is June 25, 2026, and the reinvestment period ends on October 26, 2026. The stated maturity is October 26, 2034. SMBC served as Lead Arranger.
Signal Peak Capital Management’s 22-member team is co-led by David Martin and Erik Gunnerson, who together bring over 50 years of investment expertise.
As of August 2025, SPCM has approximately $4.9 billion of assets under management (AUM) across CLOs and separately managed accounts consisting primarily of broadly syndicated loans and structured credit investments. The closing of Signal Peak CLO 4 marks the team’s 31st CLO transaction since inception.
