ORIX USA’s Digital Infrastructure group participated as a co-lender in the financing of Helios Data Center (Galaxy Digital), a high-performance compute and AI data center located in West Texas. The transaction closed in October 2025 and totaled $1.4 billion globally.
The financing was structured as a senior secured term loan, with proceeds designated for the construction of the data center.
