ORIX USA’s Digital Infrastructure group participated as a co-lender in the financing of Connectivity Wireless, a tower services and infrastructure platform operating in the United States. The transaction closed in July 2025 and totaled $135 million globally.
The financing was structured as a senior secured revolving credit facility. Proceeds from the facility will be used to support operating expenses, capital expenditures, and growth initiatives.
