Ben Price is a Senior Director in ORIX Corporation USA’s Infrastructure and Public Finance business, where he leads structuring and special situations efforts. Mr. Price was previously an in-house lawyer with ORIX USA and joined the Infrastructure and Public Finance business line in 2021. He joined the firm in 2015 and is based in Dallas.
Mr. Price began his legal career with the law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP and worked in the Institutional Trust Services Group at JPMorgan Chase prior to his legal experience.
Mr. Price holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a joint JD and MBA from Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law Houston.
