Ben Price is a Senior Director at ORIX Corporation USA’s Municipal & Infrastructure business, where he leads structuring and special situations efforts. Mr. Price was previously an in-house lawyer with ORIX USA and joined the Municipal & Infrastructure business line in 2021. He joined the firm in 2015 and is based in Dallas.
Mr. Price began his legal career with the law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP and worked in the Institutional Trust Services Group at JPMorgan Chase prior to his legal experience.
Mr. Price holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a joint JD and MBA from Texas A&M University and South Texas College of Law Houston.
