Jordan Massey is Managing Director and Chief Audit Executive at ORIX Corporation USA, responsible for all internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities for the corporation and its subsidiaries. Ms. Massey is a member of the Management Committee for ORIX USA. She joined the firm in 2004 and is based in Dallas.
Ms. Massey has over 20 years of audit and consulting experience, with proven accomplishments in strategic alignment of internal audit, risk assessment, process improvement, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and compliance. She has extensive auditing experience in financial services, capital markets, investment banking, hedge funds, municipal investments, real estate services, commercial mortgage services, and nonprofits through her career in internal and external audit. During her career, Ms. Massey has worked within the internal audit function in high growth situations involving new product offerings, company acquisitions, and global expansion.
Ms. Massey holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas and a licensed Certified Internal Auditor. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Family Compass, a Dallas non-profit that partners with families to prevent child abuse and neglect through home mentoring programs, community education, and outreach. She also serves on the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business Advisory Council.
