Allison Eidson Austin is an Executive Director for ORIX Corporation USA’s Real Estate Capital business. Ms. Austin is responsible for originating debt and equity investments across all commercial real estate asset classes. She joined the firm in 2014 and is based in Dallas.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Austin was a Senior Vice President with C-III Capital Partners, a real estate private equity fund, where she focused on commercial real estate debt restructuring and bankruptcy. Previously, Ms. Austin worked for Highland Capital Management, a global alternative credit manager, investing in public/private debt and equity investments primarily within the real estate sector. Additionally, Ms. Austin worked for the Archon Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. During her tenure with Archon, Ms. Austin was responsible for acquisitions, joint venture structuring, portfolio management and all aspects of real estate debt activities across platforms in Italy, Japan, Thailand and the United States.
Ms. Austin earned her BBA in Finance and BA in Art History from Southern Methodist University.
