Domenic Natale is a Senior Director in the Credit Opportunities group at ORIX Corporation USA. He is responsible for originating, structuring, and executing debt investments in the US middle-market. He joined the firm in 2021 and is based in New York.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Natale was a founding member of the Principal Investing Group at Barclays, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing public and private credit investments across the capital structure from unitranche and junior debt, as well as structured equity. Prior to that, Mr. Natale was a Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at Barclays Investment Bank where he started his career and was focused on M&A and Financing for Private Equity.
Mr. Natale holds an MBA from The Gabelli School of Business, at Fordham University, and a BA from Rutgers University where he was a 2x Big East All American and Quarterback on the Rutgers Football Team.
