Greg Voyentzie is Head of ORIX Real Estate and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Boston Financial, a national leader in the affordable housing industry and a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation USA, where he is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, corporate development, investment, and acquisition activities. He is a member of the ORIX Corporation USA Management Committee and Boston Financial Investment Committee. Mr. Voyentzie has over 28 years of experience in real estate investment and LIHTC syndication and has been responsible for managing, underwriting, structuring, and originating tax credit equity funds totaling more than $16 billion. He joined Boston Financial in 1999 and is based in Boston.
Prior to joining Boston Financial, Mr. Voyentzie was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and a Senior Associate within Ernst & Young LLP’s National Tax Practice where he worked closely with numerous institutional real estate and affordable housing clients providing audit, tax, due diligence, and consulting services.
Mr. Voyentzie is a frequent speaker at national and state housing conferences and is a member of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition and National Housing & Rehabilitation Association. He has also been a guest lecturer at Harvard University on the topic of historic tax credits. He holds an MBA and a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
